This is a room for rent in a private gated HOA community.

This is a Massive, beautiful, 4 bedroom 3 bath home. Plenty of space for everyone. The home has 3 living areas

There is a front porch with seating area. A beautiful back yard with fire pit, fountains, built in bartop and BBQ.

The room for rent is upstairs and has a private vanity and sink area with a shared bath (1 person). There is another private bathroom no one uses downstairs woth full shower and bath. It is rather large with high ceilings and plenty of light.

It can come partially furnished or not. We have a queen bed in it currently, an L desk and chair, dresser, end table, TV stand and 55“ smart TV. No problem if you want it unfurnished.

The home has a dog and 2 cats. Luna the dog is 1 and a total sweetheart. Shes a playful happy dog. 1 cat squirt you will never ever see… The second Buggie is friendly and playful but you will seldom see him either.

Were really laid back and just handle business most days. None of us drink. We are not party people and this home is our sanctuary so we have no interest in wildcards or party people at least not here.
