Polk Avenue

Hello this is a 4 br 2 bath house common areas living room, kitchen, and laundry room all utilities are included. I’m on a dead-end street so not much traffic but as u can c from the pics there’s alot to offer.

I’m 43 former navy I got out due to PTSD. I have 2 dogs and cats so all animals ate welcome I have a son and he lives with his mom in Indiana and I visit a lot. I’m 420 all the way. I’m a very clean person and except that of my roommates. I I cook and clean so I’m not looking for someone to clean my house but I do except.tou to clean after yourself.
