Will update with more later but will have main floor mostly for yourself including 2 of the bedrooms. Looking for one person only so you can use second room for an office or yoga or whatever. No subletting. Property available from Aug 15 to Dec 15 so ideal for a student who doesn’t need a full year’s lease.

I am an introvert so I have set up the house into main floor and basement mother-in-law suite with separate entrance. I would be in the basement plus there is a fourth upstairs bedroom I would use for storage. We would largely live separately. I work in tech and have remote meetings often so I only want one roommate. Looking for someone who is a quiet homebody like me. I have a cat who will stay with me in the basement suite so no other pets. Sorry!
