Alligator Swamp Family Homestead's room

Hi, we are located on a small but tranquil farm in Dutchess County. We have two furnished rooms available for rent, both rooms are on the top floor and each has it’s own bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a large suite that includes a King size bed, jacuzzi bath, shower stall, mini fridge, microwave and spacious closets. because of it’s size, amenities and demand, this room is available for $1,500 w/ a deposit and must be reserved 30 days in advance. The smaller room has a walk-in closet, full bath and mini-fridge as well. Common areas include yard and deck, dining room, Family room and living room. Kitchen is available to guests with some notice. Please be aware that the owner runs a small beverage company and needs access to the kitchen most of the day. Inquire for specific details. Note: Law enforcement lives on the premises and the entire property has a security system and camera’s outside (facing all directions) as well as camera’s indoors in common areas (dining, living, halls and kitchen areas).

This is a family home where my husband, my elderly father and I live year round. A peaceful oasis surrounded by nature. Also living here : Chickens, rabbits, a medium size dog and a cat.
