Diane's room

A very nice private room in a 3 bedroom gated community townhouse located just right of I-95. The room is on the lower floor of the house next to our courtyard. There is one guest bathroom for your use. But you’ll mostly 95% of the time be the only one using it. All utilities (electricity, water and internet) are included in the rent. We provide a full bed and mattress for your room with a built in closet and a small fridge. All other things in the kitchen like plates, glasses, pots, etc. you can use it. We have a washer and dryer as well. Common areas like the kitchen and dining must be maintained clean and tidy at all times. Our place is a 5mins walk to Publix, gym, nail salon, UPS, and nice restaurants, etc. We have a community pool as well. If you you don’t have a car, we are near Tri-rail Station that’s just a 10mins. walk. Please note that we do not allow pets.

Hello my name is Diana. I am a mom to Tristan (17) and Jacob (4). And my husband’s name is Jose. I work in a telecommunications company in Boca and my husband is an aircraft mechanic.
