Ryan's room

Large 15x12 bedroom with small French door balcony available. Bathroom is detatched (one step across the hall).

The rest of the house includes a living room attached to the downstairs kitchen, a smaller area upstairs outside of the bedroom. Very large unfinished basement area for storage.

House is in a new and quiet neighborhood just minutes from Old Town. Roughly 5-minute drive to the nearest grocery store. About 10-minute drive to CSU. All shared spaces in this house are kept clean and it would be expected that anyone living here cleans up after themselves and takes part in keeping the kitchen clean.

Two professional men (late twenties - young thirties), one of which is moving in just this April/May after another roommate moved out to live with her boyfriend. The other living here has been here for years and is a huge biking and guitar enthusiast. While it is definitely not a requirement, both of these guys are good dudes and are not opposed to making new friends.

I recently accepted a position down in Denver and was hoping to sublease for the last month of the current lease to someone who would also be willing to sign for another year.
