I have a room available (bedroom unfurnished-but negotiable, rest of the apartment fully furnished) in a 3BR apt starting June 1 (lease ends Sept 1, the other two roommates are not planning to renew, but you would have first dibs on it if you want to stay longer). I will be moving out for the summer while my two roommates (f) remain. We are looking for a female sub-letter. Location: Beacon Hill, >1 min walk to the Red Line (Charles/MGH), >1 min walk to Charles Street, 5 min walk to the Commons and Gardens, 2 min walk to the esplanade. Beacon Hill is so conveniently located central to everything in Boston – this area is beautiful, safe, and basically the entire city is in walking distance! I have two roommates who you would be living with! Both are recently graduated young female working professionals. One works in health care research, is really outdoorsy and athletic! The other is a preschool teacher and loves being social/ going out, and trying new food spots:) They are both lovely and neat, respectful roommates.
