Furnished with a full bed, dresser, tall dresser, storage shelf, desk and computer chair. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TV. WIFI WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. Your Private Bedroom has 2 windows, hardwood floors, and closet. WHAT’S INCLUDED? Free cable and all of the utilities (Gas, Electric, Heat, Hot & Cold Water, and Sewer) are included. Kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, plates, and utensils (eat-in-kitchen). CLEANNESS OF THE APARTMENT IS THE NUMBER ONE PRIORITY! You’ll be sharing common areas in the house with other respectful, well mannered, professionals like yourself (common areas (kitchen and bathroom) will need to be cleaned by all occupants.) CONVENIENT LOCATION NEAR BUS & TRAIN LINE. Street parking available. It’s the perfect location for commuters: 1 minutes walk to the bus line and 20 minutes walk to train station. Easy access to I-95 & Route 8. You will have two other individuals than yourself that will be occupying the shared space. REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a person that is clean, quiet, and respectful to share this place. (SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY) Over night guest allowed for 1 night only per week. NO SMOKING INSIDE/NO PETS. 1 month security + 1 month rent ($1720) or 2 weeks rent + 1 week security ($645) to move in, 2 good references, employment verification/1 month of paystubs, tenant credit check, background and eviction check. We prefer a long-term tenant. 6 month lease will be signed. There is an application and a fee of $35 for background/credit check.
