This place is pretty nice. It has two gyms, two pools, a hot tub, a social area with a pool table, a dog park, an outdoor cooking area, and other amenities. Probably the nicest place I’ve lived. $1300 is the half of the rent you will be paying which will include all bills. We can negotiate price within reason.
Apartment is spacious, got fast internet, hot water, fairly quiet neighbors, includes washer and dryer, and it is located right at the entrance to the Howard Frankland bridge on the St. Pete side, so you can go to downtown St. Pete or Tampa in about the same amount of time.
I’ll be living in one of the bedrooms, you’ll have the other. Your bedroom is just across the hall from your bathroom. There is a shared living room and kitchen with island. There is also an enclosed patio and outdoor storage. The fridge is smaller than I would like, but the pantry and kitchen are huge.
Except for your bedroom, the place is mostly furnished, but there is room for more if you need to move furniture in. Make sure you have a bed. You’ll also have a larger walk-in closet than me.
I like to cook and bake, so I advise against applying if you are sensitive to smells.

You’ll be living with me. I am a 37yo IT professional. TBH, I’m pretty boring unless we share nerdy interests. I’m very progressive and open-minded, nearly anyone is welcome. I don’t have friends over, preferring to go to my friends’ places instead, and I spend most of my time either in my room or cooking. Just so there are no expectations, I won’t be cooking for you.
I keep my place pretty clean and ask that you do the same. Don’t get us infested with roaches or ants. I am a heavy sleeper and usually wear headphones, so I don’t really care how loud you are so long as you don’t get us in trouble or annoy the neighbors and quiet down after midnight. We can be close friends, or never talk, either is fine with me. I’m easy to get along with so long as you don’t stink up the place, infest the place, steal from me, or get me arrested. I don’t care what you do in your room so long as you are not hurting anybody and I have plausible deniability.
All that being said, the world is a rough place and I would prefer someone I can depend on to some degree, even if only a little and on occasion, and hope you can depend on me as well. Let’s get along.
