Charles's room

Have a larger than average room available. It was once a den (so no actual closet) but now a nice space for bedroom, has work desk and small futon but can remove if not needed. Includes all utilities paid. My home is my place of peace and calm. Not into partying, excessive drinking. Have an old dog that has a vote in possible renter as well.

Quiet and peaceful living. Early to rise for a run or gym. Work day and gym after. Right now my focus is on improving my health and well-being. Not a partier, drinker but the occasional friends over for a relaxing evening around the fire pit.
