Cute little house near the Duckpond and Curia on the Drag. Just a few blocks from downtown and a 10 minute drive to UF. Washer and dryer are in the shed in the backyard. Our house is older. It has some quirks but it’s totally worth it for the price and location. The landlord is super chill too:)

It was originally a 1/1 but the second bedroom is a converted office space with a curtain dividing it from the living room. Open to discussing who gets which room and price negotiations. Your room will not be furnished. There may be some space in the living room for furniture as well.

I have to be upfront with you. Due to my disability I do struggle to keep up with household chores. I do not expect you to clean up after me but please understanding that I do my best.

You won’t find cheaper rent in a better location!

To be completely honest my cats poop in the tub:( I am still working on solving the problem. I will try my best to ensure you never need to deal with this problem. I have a poor sense of smell and may not always notice it. If you find it first, do not hesitate o inform me and I will take care of it:)
