You would get your own bathroom and balcony. The area is near USF so a lot of the residents here are students. There’s a gym, pool, and game room. The unit itself has a spacious kitchen and common area. The room has a lot of natural lighting from the window. A queen sized bed, a desk, an closet and a storage cabinet is provided. There’s also space under the bed for more storage room. The apartment has pretty high ceilings as well.
