This very large furnished room is more like a studio apartment. It is furnished with a brand new full size memory foam mattress, microwave and window blinds. It has 3 windows over looking a large beautiful fenced in yard. There is a small refrigerator as well as a dresser and night stand for your use. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, old Victorian neighborhood in a secure building. I have my own washer and dryer available for your use.

I am looking for a responsible NONSMOKING (indoor or outdoor) male to rent a very LARGE furnished bedroom. You must be clean and responsible.

There is no off street parking available. There is plenty of on street parking though.

There are currently 2 adults living in this large 4 bedroom 2 story apartment. Myself, female in her 50’s, and a man in his late 40’s renting one of the rooms upstairs who has been with me for 7 years. He would be sharing the bathroom upstairs with you. This is why a male would be a better fit for this living situation.

There is only 1 bedroom available. Once a new tenant is found, there will be 3 adults living in the apartment.

No couples, not children and not pets please.
