Lynn's room

We are looking for a roommate (female preferred), who has a stable job, to rent one private room with a shared bath in a 3 bedroom single story house, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer onsite and driveway/street for parking.  Non-smoker preferred. No pets.  Monthly Rent includes utilities. Security deposit required.

We are looking for a good roommate who is respectable and shows their respect for roommates by being quiet when they’re sleeping, leaving common areas clean and follows house rules.
