Summerplace Drive East

I’m looking for a roommate to rent the larger bedroom/bathroom in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment at Summer Place. The larger bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The apartment itself has vaulted ceilings, a patio, an in-unit washer and dryer, a garbage disposal in the sink, an automatic ice-maker in the freezer, tons of space, wood flooring and parking right outside the door. The building manager is a sweetheart and maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly. Summer Place is right down the street from the UP Mall and there are tons of shopping and food choices within minutes of the apartment.

I’m a 26 year old female graphic designer. I’ve got a BFA in animation and I love horror novels, video games, movie nights and chai tea. I’m pretty introverted so I don’t leave the apartment very often, but I’m quiet and don’t tend to have many guests.
