South Nevada Street

Hello! I’m looking for a new roommate to move in by June 1st and renew the year lease with me since my roommate is moving out at the end of May. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the sand and about a 5 minute walk from the transit centre. Street parking available. You’d have your own room (picture of room pending but it looks just like mine pictured above) , but shared bathroom with separate sinks. Unfortunately, this is not a pet friendly complex :( I don’t have a gender preference as long as you are reliable, working, and clean! I am 4/20 friendly but this is a non smoking apartment. Although I am a social person, I prefer my apartment to not be a party pad. Looking for someone who is positive with chill vibes and relatively clean. I am 22 years old and work a full time 9-5 job so I’m out of the apartment for most of the day throughout the week. I typically only have my boyfriend over and tend to hang out mostly in my room. I’m looking for someone who is positive and relaxed like myself, as that is the general vibe I’d like to keep in the apartment.I’m pretty clean, and prefer to keep the shared spaces tidy.
