Unfurnished 1 bedroom/bathroom in a furnished 900 sq ft apartment on the bottom floor, add your own personal effects as you like to your space! Be sure to bring your own bed, room has a decent walk-in closet for storage. Is pet friendly, can bring one dog/cat as long as they aren’t destructive/loud and you are a responsible pet parent.

Will also need to chip in for shared electricity, internet, & groceries each month, somewhere around $175 give or take.

The complex is extremely close to various shopping centers, restaurants and colleges!
A bike route runs right next to the complex if you like biking and property has lots of tall pine trees, grass, and up-kept landscaping & a pool.

No washer/dryer in the apartment however there are Laundry rooms on location. There are Parcel lockers for deliveries, the post office is also close by. The office staff are friendly & repair crew is prompt.
