Royal Crest Drive

Hello, Myself, Rohit, and my roommate are looking for a third roommate in our apartment. This top-floor apartment has a big balcony overlooking the community swimming pool (please see attached images). It is about 50 meters away from the community center, gym, swimming pool etc.

About the room: you will be taking the spacious master bedroom of the apartment which comes with its own separate and attached washroom and walk-in closet. The room is equipped with heating and cooling which can be controlled separately. The washer and dryer are located in the basement of the building which is available 24x7. Car parking is also available for 15/month. We anticipate the cost of bills (wifi and electricity) per person will be around 50/person. Please see the images for the pictures of the room.

The kitchen and living room are furnished which includes, 75 inch TV, PS4, LED lights, dish washer, fridge and 2 cool roommates (please see attached images). The light appliances and entrance door are all google controlled. Please feel free to reach out to me or my roommate for any further information

My roommate, Jonathan, is a therapist at a care center in Lowell and I am a Senior Scientist at a Pharma company. We both are full-time employees and for most days we work from the office (8 am-5 pm). We both are morning people and like to get fresh air as much as possible. We both are non-smokers and drink very rarely (on social occasions). We don’t have any pets but certainly would have no problem with having/helping one around. We both are pretty clean and like to keep things organized.
