Furnished bedroom (Tempurpedic mattress, bedframe, 2 night stands, L shaped desk, Herman Miller chair).
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED (I.E. INTERNET, ELECTRICITY, GAS, WATER, TRASH, ETC.). You would just pay a flat $2,200/month. There will also never be any rent increases for as long as you stay.
Backyard has a nice big deck with a fire pit.
Parking is available on the driveway.
The home was recently remodeled so it is in very good shape!
About the roomies
40 y/o divorced male who used to work remotely in tech. Have a 12 lb Cockapoo dog named Cassie who is extremely sweet. Everybody loves her! Into sports, going to the gym, wine, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Very organized/clean, respectful, considerate, and easy going.
