The rent is $900/month and you will split utilities/internet payment (around $60) with the other 3 roommates once a month. There is also a payment of $900 for the security deposit. Lease is for 1 year with a move in date of June 1. Must make 2x rent per month or can apply with cosigner. Looking for someone quiet, clean and friendly. Room for rent is upstairs, roommate that lives downstairs has a cat that stays in the room and doesn’t roam the house. We also have a super chill & friendly dog as well!

-I’m Cris! I’m a 22 year old barista & bartender. I work 6 days a week and will be starting school again soon, so I’m not home very often. I love music, hanging out with my dog Rooney, coffee and board games!

-Adam and his cat Olive live in the master bedroom. Adam is a barista who enjoys playing the guitar, going to the gym, and playing video game!

-Gage is a car technician and shares a room with Cris. He enjoys playing video games, hiking and rock climbing.

The 3 of us have been roommates in this townhome for going on 3 years and have really formed a space that is clean, peaceful and safe. We all work together to keep up with the household chores and need our new roommate to be on the same page about cleanliness.
