Stephanie's room

The room is fully furnished with antiques. It’s adjacent to a large bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. There’s also a finished basement with a new bathroom and a pull out sofa bed in brand new condition. That could also be an option for the summer, although it is a shared space with our laundry room .It’s in historic building near the Mill River in Baystate village in Northampton. We have a garden, two cats and are located about one mile from the Smith campus. Currently we’re just looking for someone short-term this summer. Although if it works out we might consider a longer term.

Mother and soon to be high school senior daughter. We love to cook, garden and enjoy our two cats, gravy and Sophie. I work in education from home. Over all the house is kept clean and quiet. We are looking for someone who will be respectful of the space as it is an open concept and sound travels. There may be some cat care responsibilities if we travel this summer .This is a perfect opportunity for someone studying at Smith for the summer or looking to get a feel for new Northampton for a few months.
