The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood that is within a short walking distance of a major bus stop. It’s about a 3-minute drive Downtown by Car, and an 8-minute trip by bus.

Walking distance to both a local produce market and a Major grocery store, and a great coffee/tea spot!

The property has ample backyard space and the garage space features the front load dryer. (installed in the past two years). A brand new Samsung, front load, High-Efficiency Smart Washing machine was put in a couple of months ago in the dining area.

Great location for students, and young professionals alike!

$1500 is for the first and last month of your rent portion. (no Security Deposit is required) This will be due when you move in!

You will be a sub-lessee and will be expected to stay for at least 1 year!

A bit about me: I have been an online student with Arizona State University off and on, I am in my final couple of courses (Capstone) but had to put it on n hold earlier this year due to health concerns. I plan to finish by the following year.

Pre-pandemic, I used to travel often, both Stateside and internationally, which I am hoping to continue. I enjoy reading, watching skateboarding, (I used to skate), writing, listening to music, going to concerts, travelling, and video gaming. I have family throughout the country, in AZ, CA, and Hawai’i, and extended family elsewhere, as well as in Canada. I am generally easygoing, and I am not the tidiest person, but I would appreciate someone who is a bit more conscientious about it, so we can work together to make and keep shared spaces well kept up.

I don’t drink or smoke, but don’t mind if you smoke Cannabis, outdoor tobacco use is ok too!

I look forward to sharing space with someone who has a love for travel, music, and reading, and who takes the time for meaningful conversation, as well as balances the need for solitude.

Other than quiet times for studying, and for other work, I generally don’t mind having music playing, or mind if you do play it, or otherwise enjoy yourself.
