I’m looking for two separate roomies to rent two private rooms and share a bathroom between the two. The price would include the price of utilities.

The house is a 1450 sq ft 3bd/2ba house with a backyard in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to a couple of supermarkets and pretty close to the blvd. Chose the spot because of how close it is to Edwards AFB where I work. Note, the garage is an ADU so you would have to park on the street.

Must have good credit as I would need to pass your information on to the owner of the property. I generally want to keep the place clean and quiet during the weekdays but don’t mind if you want to host your friends from time to time.
