KURTISTOWN 9 ACRES COMPLETE PRIVACY (22 minutes from Hilo) HUGE 4-bedroom house, quality home with serene atmosphere. Property features 90 - 100 fruit trees, interspersed with native forest patches and wide-open spaces - a truly unique place to call home! You would have to share the main bathroom (pictured) with 2 males (20s), although one is off-island for an extended period. Extra half-bath downstairs and very spacious common areas. Low traffic, not a party house - no one is allowed to have a guest stay when they themselves are not present. Thus, a safe and restful place for those renting. Specifics:

1. Room has a desk, but no bed currently. One could be arranged, if needed.
2. we have an affectionate outdoor cat to befriend on the back porch. But not able to accommodate new pets.
3. 420, some roomies do some don’t, back porch/ outside please.
4. practically speaking, you need a vehicle to thrive here, not near bus stop.
5. window photos (2) are the views from the corner bedroom (upstairs) being advertised.

Young couple in the master bedroom. Very friendly, gone all day working (entrepreneurs). One sales rep (local boy early 20s very friendly) for car rental in Hilo. One mid-twenties entrepreneur, off-island for extended period. But he’s probably to most social of the lot. Literally can make friends with anybody!
