Meade Street

Hello! I am currently looking for a roommate for a house in Detroit / Hamtramck area. The house is located in Banglatown and is a 5-10 minute walk to the main attractions in Hamtramck. I am on a dead end so it is very quiet and the neighbors all know each other. Most people in the community garden, including myself. During the summer you will have access to a backyard space, front porch, fresh berries and vegetables, and there is a park that is about a 5 minute walk from the house. The house itself is small but it has a functional layout. There is one room available upstairs for $700 / month and a basement room for $400 / month.

I am looking for a roommate that is considerate, will keep up with their dishes, and are responsible if they get sick. The upstairs room is located off of the dining room. The basement room basement will have it’s own space (bathroom, microwave, mini fridge), but you are welcome to use the shared kitchen and living room /TV! The house also has a cat, tuna! He is a very chill cat who does not disturb us during the night.
