Hi, I’m Bri! I’m looking for 3 roommates to join me for a 12-month lease at a house in Westwood, Denver.

The pictures of the house are from the landlords, before the three of us moved in. The kitchen and main living area are more furnished now; there is a couch and a dining table set that will be staying.

I currently have the smallest bedroom under the agreement that I could convert part of the laundry room into a home office, where I do some of my creative work. I intend to keep this arrangement.

Our rent includes some utilities but not all. We have been paying Internet and electricity separately.

The neighborhood is old, but it has a library and a park within walking distance, and close access to I25. It’s a short drive to Lakewood and to downtown Denver.

Don’t need a background check through roomies.com, but we will do one through our landlords. It’s simple and easy!

A little bit about me: I’m 29 years old, a geek, writer, and filmmaker, with a full-time job over at American Furniture Warehouse. I have a pet bearded dragon named Levi who is very friendly, but mostly stays in my room!

This past year, I lived at this location with three other roommates. All three of them are moving on now to other places, but I’m looking to renew this lease with new people.
