Looking for (1) professional female roommate for a private and renovated finished basement bedroom (11.5’ x 10’) and a private full bathroom in a single-family home; with semi-private large open basement living area (36’ x 24.5’), includes apartment size refrigerator & microwave kitchenette, full kitchen upstairs (access to be worked out with owner along with upstairs laundry). New Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) floors installed and professionally painted. Tenant will have access to a driveway parking spot for 1 vehicle, and street parking for additional cars. Roommate will also have access to fenced backyard and beautiful surroundings in a safe community. Owner lives upstairs and needs access to mechanical and storage rooms about once per month or as required due to maintenance and such but generally does not use the basement family room, so this area while not technically private like the bedroom and bath, would essentially be exclusively for your use.

Pets are considered with references from previous landlord and proof of immunizations from vet. Female roommate should be responsible and clean and will pay rent on time, employed professionally, non-smoker, no illegal drugs, and no drama or overnight guests. Looking for quiet, respectful person, with a full-time job who also goes into the office (that is, NOT telework/work from home only). Must provide personal & professional references, contact info of previous landlords, and current paystubs (proof of income). I am a 50+ divorced professional with an adult son and school-age grand-daughter who visits only a few times a year. I have owned this home since 2015. I have a young dog, and enjoy gardening and preparing medicinal herbal remedies in my free time. I am also an avid crystal & mineral collector.
