The property is a one bedroom One bath about 16 min drive to the beach. I have converted the living room into the space that will be for rent. Has a new twin bed, you can get a room divider for privacy. You can decorate or wte, security deposit can be negotiable or split. About the roomies
I’m Ona I’m a southern gal and I live here as well. Newly relocated….I have the master room and it’s a shared bathroom, I have a small chiweenie name Hot Girl Liz. I work remotely and I’m super chill, very understanding as long as you communicate with we can figure things out. All utilities and Internet is included.
