Bedrooms are only 10x10 which makes for a cute cozy room, additionally comes furnished with my belongings excluding the bedroom that would be exclusively yours. This unit also sits under shaded beautiful oak trees. To make it even better you have an east setting where you just open the windows for a light sea breeze that comes across the river. Utilities range from $50-110. High-speed internet is $25 per month.

Outdoors…….. About a 35-40 minute drive to both KSC and Patrick SFB for anyone else who might also work in the area. You’re just off the River where you can fish, kayak. If you love land exercise then…bike, walk, or enjoy the sunrise as it rises on the river just across the street. If that is not enough it is a paddle boarder/kayak dream as you can put in just across the street. Note! You will have to carry about 50 yards to the water access spot which is a very, very small piece of Brevard County Parks. Cocoa Beach is only 10 min away. And the Mall is 10 min away. No need to travel more than 10 min because you have everything right here in the area. Also a great walking and biking area with a little and I mean little riverfront park just down the street where you can read a book and watch the sailboats cruise by.

I recently transitioned from the Space Force about three months ago and have taken on a new role at the Kennedy Space Center, focusing on the Orion spacecraft. In my free time, I enjoy organizing sand volleyball groups and exploring the local bar and restaurant scene. Balancing a busy schedule, I’m currently working on my master’s degree among many other various projects, making for plenty of nights in as well. My furry companion is a medium-sized dog named Drogo, incredibly sensitive and mellow—almost service dog material. He’s a sweetheart with care needs akin to those of a cat.

If you’re into a laid-back vibe and prefer keeping to yourself, that’s cool with me. On the flip side, I’m open to hanging out every now and then.
