This room is fully furnished and equipped, with private bathroom; rent is month to month basis, partially bay view from the apartment’s balcony, and the room itself, building is located right across from the Margaret Pace Park; nice for walks, & exercise. Easy access to highways, beach, airport and Downtown/Brickell/Wynwood areas. Pool area and gym in the building. Well kept, mostly owners. There’s restaurants in the building around, walking distance to grocery stores and pharmacies.

I enjoy living in a peaceful space, work from home, and I would like a roommate who is respectful, considerate, clean and responsible. No pets, no couples, no parties, and no smoking (anything).
