Jason's room

Large house with four-bedrooms on upper level. Furnished bedoom with queen size mattress for rent on west side of house (occupants in master bedroom on the east side). Two middle bedrooms are offices. Separate bathroom next to the room for rent. Main floor has a large living room, dining room, yoga room, kitchen, laundry room, and 1/2 bathroom for guests. Large yard with a pool. Parking in driveway. Garage is an art studio. The for rent bedroom decor is negotiable (we just have it set up currently for guests - we can remove art and other furnishings as needed).

We are a gay married couple with a cat. Both are professional artists who own a business. One with a full time job, the other a full-time artist. We are fun, creative people with active social life. We are open to pets IF they have a good demeanor and have a history of playing well with others.
