2-story 2100 sq. ft. house on Huntley in New Baltimore. <1 mile walking distance to parks/downtown area. Would have your own space - either the entire basement OR a bedroom upstairs with your own bathroom. Looking into putting a bathroom in the basement but currently you’d have your own on 2nd floor. I prefer that you don’t have your own animals because I already have 4 :)

I’m 30 years old and I work from home so I am home everyday during the daytime and on/off meeting calls throughout the day in my office. At night I like to go out more than stay in, so I’m usually gone in the evenings downtown at the bars or at community meetings in town. I’m in the Lions Club and on the New Baltimore DDA so I am a highly regarded member of the NB community - you can ask anyone around town for references about me :) I’m very friendly, kind & outgoing. I do have 4 animals, 2 dogs & 2 cats - so you must be an animal person and understand the pet hair between vaccumming :) They are all super friendly. I got divorced last year so I live alone now - so I am considering getting a roommate to help out with costs.
