I am a 52 year old woman looking for someone to sublet my place for the summer. I am a teacher so I will be traveling. Although I love animals, I have allergies, so the place I rented has a clause in the agreement that no pets are allowed. I also cannot live with someone who smokes for the same reasons. Apart from that, I like cooking, reading, watching movies and TV and prefer a rommmate who likes a quiet and clean home.
