Beautiful home in great location. Right off I-25 Erie and Dacono area. Tri-level house - The lower level is a NEW built and is all yours and its huge - it is the entire foot print of the house with 2 storage areas, your own private heated huge bathroom, use of backyard, and modern large kitchen. Please keep common areas clean. Has a community pool and parks, etc. Easy access to I-25. Private lower level with private bathroom. Huge modern kitchen to share. You must love dogs. I have little ones and although they stay with me and are in “their” area, they do bark at walkers passing by the back yard trail, etc. Once they get to know you things quiet down!

About the roomies

Only one other tenant, me. Very private and quiet home life. I work from home and have lots of hobbies and interests so I keep very busy and keep to myself. Must like little dogs. They stay in their area.
