Single room with private bathroom. Room located next to the main entry door easy access. Room has full sized bed and a love seat sofa with pull out mattress. There is a large dresser and 1 side dresser. You will have your own gate remote ($75 part of the security deposit)

I live here alone. I am a male. I work from home most days. I am a contractor so I am in and out most of the time. I use to have the spare room as an AirBNB. Your privacy is your own. Your door has a lock. I do not have company with the exception of my adult children on Fridays they come and hang out with me.
