Move in date is flexible but can be available within the next few days to 1st week of May. We have a house and are renting out a private bedroom on the 3rd floor in a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom 3-story house. The bathroom will be private. The house has in-unit full size laundry. The kitchen and shared common areas are on the 3rd level. It’s $780/month unfurnished bedroom (the common areas are furnished). Rental rate is for a 1 year contract; pricing will be variable for shorter term contracts. The neighborhood is quiet and not prone to street noise as it is away from the busy street. It is close to the I-5 freeway and the I-90 bridge to Mercer Island and Bellevue. Roughly 17 minutes from downtown Seattle and 16 minutes from the airport by driving. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk away with Route 7 arriving roughly every 7 minutes during weekday peak hours. The home is in between Othello and Columbia City Stations and is roughly a 20-minute walk away from either light rail stations. Also this home is in the Metro Flex service area, which is like a super low cost economy shared Lyft/Uber. Nearest cross street Rainier Ave S/S Graham St, Zip code 98118 [Hillman City/Columbia City neighborhoods]. If needed, parking is free and up to 1 vehicle per room allowed on the street parking. Utilities, internet, trash, recycling additional and will be split evenly among all house occupants. No HOA fee and landscaping is taken care of. Be willing to submit background check, refundable deposit of $780. Smoking outside only please. No pets please. We cook often so you’ll often see us in the kitchen. We’re all socially friendly, quiet, clean, and always clean up after ourselves. We enjoy board games and would enjoy board game night every once in a while if you’re willing.
