I have an unfurnished room with its own bathroom available in a cute two-story 2B/2.5BR townhouse in John’s Landing. Rent is $1075 plus utilities (gas, electricity, & internet). The bedroom and upstairs area are very spacious and have lots of light, and the unit includes a storage closet and a gated garage with bike storage. Directly across the street from Willamette Park and close access to public transit.

Move in is technically 5/31, but the date is flexible.

I’m 25 and in law school at Lewis & Clark. I enjoy running and biking (the riverfront path is right across the street from the house!), hanging out with friends, and going out to eat or see live music. I sometimes work and study from home and like to keep a chiller environment in the house during the day, so it would be great to find someone with a similar schedule.
