The house is located in Mt. Washington, CA90065. Being up on the hill, we have views of the freeway and mountains.

The house is 3 stories with shared areas when you’re feeling social. There is the media room, living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony with a fireplace, backyard and shared bathrooms.

Cozy private room ($1100/mth).

The rates include basic cooking, laundry, cleaning, bathroom supplies.

There is a dog who loves people.

Mixed group from 25-50s. We have a diverse group from project manager, engineers, banquet, to writer. We love the outdoors, food, movies, music, cats and dogs.
