About the room
Private room available for rent on a sublease basis from June 1, 2023-May 31, 2024 (possibility to take over lease after one year). No deposit or credit check required.
Two bedroom apartment (located in Flatbush) with private room shared bathroom and kitchen. Wifi and electricity are not included in the price, however usually around $200 a month. The apartment building offers free parking, gym access, roof access, and on site laundry.
Room will be completely emptied except for the bed. I am also willing to give you any furniture you see in the bedroom photos for free if you want it.
