Remodeled Home The rooms are 650.00 mo. I also have another room 650.00 a mo. plus a 150.00 deposit. I also have 250.00 weekly rates if the empty I will discount depending on the date rent. Call now….. I am looking for a person who has had a job over 3 months also knows how to respect another person home. I expect help around the the home. Its very quite over here most people have lived in this area a long time and own their home. I do not allow guest to make sure there is no drama brought to my home. I am not concern about the gender but I am concern about people trying to get over on me while I am trying to help them. I would like a person who works 2ed or 3rd shift or two jobs. That way we can both have our space. A person who can buy their own food (You must buy your own mini refrigerator) no left over food in room
No built up small trash left in room. a person that if am trying to help you get a fresh start that is their main goal.
