FULL HOUSE NOT SHARED- Upper diamond- Full lease for 2bdr house is 3000. +office space and huge yard!

I am Sylvia. I have a wonderful landlord who is letting me try to find upstairs neighbors!

You have the entire house to yourself (everything pictured) I live in the downstairs mother in law apartment with my 7 year old. Completely separate entrance.

I have included photo’s of the home empty, and photo’s of it currently.. Some of the furniture can stay if you prefer (no extra charge, current tennants are moving and taking most of the furniture with them)

2br 1bath 1200 sqft space (Not including downstairs full laundry room +2 more storage closets, and exterior garage/art space)

The only spaces we share are the downstairs laundry room, and yard(which we use infrequently)

The rent includes trash, and yard maintenance. Upstairs tenants responsible for all other utilities.

The neighborhood is SO SAFE and ample parking! I leave my car unlocked overnight with items in - I have never had issues.

BONUS: -Upper diamond neighborhood in Oakland. (Maple St) -Huge yard, with patio, and garden box. -Craftsman home with so many built in storage closets and LOTS of natural light -No busy streets = no noise -Exterior garage has been converted to an office space! (Walls insulated/finished, wall sconces, carpeted.) Can be used as a playroom/art studio ect… or storage! -Lovely landlord, hands off but really responsive with any issues.. Also flexible if we want to change the yard space!

Looking for: -Respectful/communicative upstairs neighbors. We won’t need to interact consistently, but it’s always a bummer when people are near your space that are passive aggressive.. I shy away from it! I would deeply prefer kind, honest, emotionally intelligent humans <3

Other notes: -Shared lease! The landlord requires shared lease with the same move in and out dates. But we are individually responsible for damage in our separate living spaces -Cats and small dogs are allowed -One year lease -Your portion: $3000/m + utilities

I am Sylvia, she/her. I am an executive personal assistant for a CEO with multiple businesses. I am very career focused and travel quite a bit! I work about %50 of the time from home; when we are in town.

I enjoy bouldering, hiking, creative projects, plants, burlesque, kayaking, embroidery, sewing, and creative movement spaces.

I am a clean, vaxxed/boosted human who thrives on calm intentional communication, with a deep appreciation creative problem solving and empathy :)

William is 7 and passionate kid! He loves whittling, legos, making friends and Minecraft. His favorite colors are pink purple, and sparkle! He has a very special creative and little engineering brain.

If it flows well- It would be lovely to have a family upstairs to swap evening babysitting or the kiddos playing in the yard :) We are usually gone on weekends exploring new museums and hikes!
