Included are: a lovely queen-size bed & mattress, side tables and dressers, loveseat, wall-mounted Smart-TV, dinette, and an EnSuite morning kitchen which includes stove/sink, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster oven. The master bathroom includes private washer & dryer. This available room is set in a 3,200 sq foot home, in a pristine neighborhood near all convenient amenities such as shops, restaurants, medical facilities, and much more! Utilities are included; No smoking, No Vaping, No Alcohol. Employment verification will be completed (Not applicable to Travel Nurses). Renters Insurance Required (Not applicable to Travel Nurses).

We are a semi-retired couple who live a healthy lifestyle and share a positive, peaceful attitude in our home. We maintain a clean and respectful residence, and therefore expect the same from a tenant/roomie.
