About the room
Looking for a female roommate to join my current roommate in a townhouse in the Cathedral Hill St Paul neighborhood. Rent is $700 a month, utilities are around 150 or less per person. You’d have your own furnished bedroom and bathroom and a free parking spot in a garage. The landlord is great but pretty old school, so you’ll need to mail in your application.
