A private bedroom is available for rent in a recently renovated home starting May 1st for $700/mo. The bathroom is shared with only one other person in the house. The room comes unfurnished; however, the house has furnished common areas, including the dining room, laundry room, stainless steel chef’s kitchen, front porch, back deck, and backyard. Professional cleaning of the common space each month is INCLUDED in the rent. All utilities are included in the $100/mo flat rate, including water, electricity, gas, trash, pest control, and high-speed internet. The home is professionally managed by Life Unlocked Rentals, a co-living company.

The neighborhood is called Peoplestown, just a block south of the new Summerhill development and a 5 minute drive from Grant Park. Within walking distance is also the new Beacon development with Eventide Brewing and DH Stanton Park. Just a 2 minute drive away are the entrances to I-75/85 and I-20, making the drive to GSU (5 minutes away), GT (10 minutes away), and work commutes super easy.

Most occupants are working professionals or graduate students working on their careers and saving money for the next step in life. It’s currently a mix of males and females, most in their 20s and 30s.
