I have a spare room available in a beautiful spacious apartment in a lovely quiet neighborhood in Greenbelt, MD. The rent includes all utilities (Water, electric, gas, heat, sewer/trash removal) and high speed internet.

There is a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher in unit as well as a fully stocked kitchen (toaster, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, blender, stand mixer, cookware, bakeware, dishes & utensils). The unit also has a nice balcony that I have decked out with string lights and artificial grass so it’s a nice cozy spot to hang out in. The apartment complex also has a swimming pool and small gym on site.

The apartment is bus accessible (Shuttles directly to University of MD College Park and several busses stop right outside of the parking lot). It is conveniently located at just a 3 minute drive to major beltway/parkway exits, a 10 minute drive from College Park, 15 minute drive to Hyattsville, and PG Station, and about a 20 minute drive to DC and Laurel, MD.

You’ll have full use of all appliances & common areas (Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, & balcony) which are fully furnished. You’ll have your own room (unfurnished) which is 13’ x 10’ and has a spacious closet as well as the extra walk-in closet in the hallway.

I am a 28-year-old female and I have a medium sized (25lbs) dog that is a big ole cuddle bug so dog friendly people only. I work a standard M-F job and like to keep active on my free time whether it’s outdoor adventures with the pooch, working out, visiting family & friends, etc. so I am in and out of the apartment a lot.

I have a very friendly disposition and like to socialize but I’m very big on respecting privacy and boundaries. I like to cook and bake but I always clean up after myself, so I expect you to do the same.

420 friendly (I have a medical marijuana card), but no smoking indoors only on balcony
