One roomate moving out soon, other roomate full time student, leaving for the summer. Access to a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a projector, bathroom, own designated parking space and plenty of street parking. laundry room (pay with quarters or app), community garden, nearby hiking trails. Across the street from the bus stop and presidio shuttle. Additional $ a month for utilities which include PG&E and internet. Super good deal considering location and amenities.

I’m Jasper, moving super last minute and looking to fill my room ASAP. Current roommate Ruben (24) is a full time student at SF state who is a good mix of reserved and social. He’ll be out during the summer occasionally coming home here and there Other roommate Kirat (21) also in the process of moving soon.
