Recently had a prospective roommate bail and am looking to fill the spot.

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath situated in a quiet midtown neighborhood, near USM and a number of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There is a separate unit in the back that is already being rented. There is a carport for you to park, a fenced in backyard if you have a pet, and fire pit.

I am renting out one of the extra 2 bedrooms in the house. Both have comparable closet space. The larger hall bathroom is “shared” but essentially would be your own since you would not be sharing it with another renter. The room directly across from the hall bathroom has one window, the room farther down at the end of the hall has two windows. The common areas include 2 living room areas, kitchen, and a shared laundry area with washer and dryer included.

If you prefer a master bedroom with own bathroom (shower stall no tub) this could be discussed/considered at a price difference. We are cat and dog friendly, but animals must be well behaved, quiet, non destructive, no history of aggression, and must be up to date on all vaccinations, etc.

Looking for a clean, considerate roommate who wants to live in peace. We are in our late 20’s-30’s, working class people, so no drama here please. If you are interested, let’s talk!

I am a keyboardist/musician who travels for work. I value a peaceful home. I have an older dog that is 65 pounds and very calm and well behaved. He will often travel with me, and will be away from home more often than not.

The other roommate lives in a separate “mother in law suite” in the backyard. He is an employee of USM and keeps to himself, is quiet and respectful. He has a very well behaved husky who is never in the main house. Our dogs are not yappers, so your peace and quiet is assured in that respect.
