One bedroom with private bathroom (3bdr, 3ba. total) for rent in upscale townhouse. It is part of the Woodlands complex located off 5th Street, so while we will screen you as a roommate, you will also be screened by the management. You must also have some form of transportation. The complex includes a common house (gym, computer lab, lobby area), tennis court, pool(s), basketball court and free parking.

I’m Ethan, and I am a PhD Candidate in the History Dept. at UVA. I am an Army vet as well. I moved to Cville from Michigan in August 2021. The other roommate is Brandon. Brandon is a native Virginian who works for a pharmaceutical company and has a yellow Labrador Retriever named Ranger, who is very quiet and kind (he never barks!) We are easy-going, friendly working professionals. We are looking for the same. We will especially consider working professionals associated with UVA or UVA Hospital. We also want roommates who are kind, communicative, responsible, and respectful of others’ privacy.
