Hi, I’m Raul, the homeowner. Thank you for considering my home!

A little about the setup: I won’t be your roommate. I’m relocating closer to the south side of Houston to spend more time with my 13-year-old son, which is why I’m opening up my fully furnished master suite. The home is still very new, meticulously maintained, and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy and care for it as much as I have.

Your roommate will be one of the best I’ve ever had. He’s a successful business executive who is incredibly respectful, clean, quiet, financially responsible, and simply a genuinely kind person. He’s engaged to an amazing Christian woman who lives in another city, so she does not live in the home. Together they have wonderful values, and that positive character shows in how he lives every day.

The atmosphere of the home is peaceful, drama-free, and full of good vibes. It’s the kind of place where everyone respects each other’s privacy while also being friendly and considerate.

I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset—whether male or female—who is responsible, clean, professionally employed, and values a calm, respectful home. If you appreciate kindness, positive energy, and a comfortable living environment, I think you’ll feel right at home here.
