You will have your own private room and private bathroom. There are two rooms available so if you have a friend looking for another room that’s definitely available just ask!! The back yard, kitchen & living area is free to use as well. If you would like to park in the garage it will cost a bit more but that can be discussed. Bring your own furniture for room only. Prefer clean roomies. Guests allowed like 3-4 times a week but if they stay 24/7 the rent will increase. No pets allowed since my dogs not really pet friendly.

New home owner looking to fill the other two rooms in the house. I am a minimalist and love to keep things clean and tidy. I have a 55lb dog that is free to roam the house and backyard and she loves people lol. I love to cook so I am in the kitchen a lot, I keep to my own and I’m fairly quiet. I don’t drink, smoke or go out. On the weekends I do enjoy going hiking or to farmers markets, I usually take my dog everywhere with me when I’m not working but during the summer I leave her at home a lot because of the weather. I work 40 hours a week but I come home a lot during lunch to chill with my dog and to cook. I’m very friendly but definitely will respect your space and hope you do the same with me.
